Method

Methods - simple syrup can be made using either a cold or hot method.

Cold Method
Lend me some sugar, I am your neighbor! Ah, here we go!
Pour equal measures by weight of sugar and water into a bottle
Shake it, sh-shake it
Shake it like a Polaroid picture
Hot Method

To make larger quanties pour equal parts sugar and water into a pan over a moderate heat, stir until the sugar has disolved.  Once cooled store in a sterilised bottle.
