Very Rich Simple Syrup (3:1) 0,33oz 1cl
Egg 0,5oz White 1,5cl
Lemon 1 Zest Slim piece of zest to stick in the froth of the final Drink
Cucumis Lavender Lemonade <~3,25oz < ~10cl

Glassware: Wine Glass

Method: Shake first four Ingredients on Ice and double/fine strain into pre chilled White Wine Glass Top up with Cucumis Lavender Lemonade (max.10cl) Serve with Lemon Zest, add a Dash of Lavender Oil if aviable.

Utensils: Jiggers, cocktail shaker, hawthorn strainer, Zest peeler

Notes: For better emulsification of the egg white, seperate the spiral attachment of your strainer and throw it together with the ingredients into the shaker.
