Glassware: Champagne Flute
Method: Combine pomegranite juice, sugar and ginger in a pan over a high heat until reduced to 1/3 and set aside to cool. Add 4 tsps of mixture, 1 tsp orange juice and 1/4 tsp triple sec to each glass. Top with sparkling wine
